Swati Bharteey-Buck

Swati is an energetic, results focused business partner whose strengths include developing sustainable talent strategies that are tailored for her clients and the organizations in which they operate. Swati is also an executive coach and enjoys working with senior executives to help them differentiate themselves as leaders. Specifically, she brings focus to what it takes each leader to move authentically from “good” to “great” in the context of their environment and the culture in which they work.

Swati has been successful in both her internal roles in corporate America and as an external consultant. Her executive level positions, which span a career of twenty-five years, have ranged from general management and program strategy to culture change and the design and implementation of global initiatives. Swati has held executive level positions in global human resources, consulting, information technology, and corporate strategy teams for service delivery and key strategic initiatives.

Swati has an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
